Sales will be led by Kerry Warwick who had previously oversaw pre-construction sales of the project with Douglas Elliman. The development is located at 3550 South Ocean Boulevard and was completed in 2019. 3550 South Ocean is just over 30% sold and there are currently 20 units remaining on the market priced from $1.8 million. Pricing initially started at $2.3 million when the project launched in 2016. Sales were previously overseen by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
